Information of the project
In this project, we transform discarded IT waste into high-quality, durable cabinets, contributing to a circular economy and reducing plastic waste. Manufactured in Denmark, these cabinets are crafted from recycled plastic sourced from electronic components that can no longer be repaired or reused.
Each piece tells a unique story, visible in the material itself. The plastic panels feature subtle recesses and markings, preserving traces of their past life. For instance, black keyboards and routers with white lettering are reborn as predominantly black surfaces with scattered white details, showcasing the journey of recycled materials.
Available in black and white, these cabinets combine sustainability with functionality, offering a responsible design solution that turns waste into a valuable resource.
